1. Product Boundary

Vision Poker is a post-session poker study product. It is designed for reviewing exported hand histories, drilling training spots, tracking study progress, and managing bankroll review after play. Vision Poker is not intended to provide live in-hand advice, live solver output, or real-time assistance while you are actively playing.

2. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for following the rules of the poker sites and games you use. Do not use Vision Poker in any way that violates a poker site's terms, game integrity rules, or applicable law. If a poker site does not allow a workflow, do not use that workflow with that site.

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account, receive login codes, and manage access. You are responsible for keeping your account and license access secure. We may block or revoke access if we detect abuse, payment failure, fraud, repeated misuse of free features, or violations of these terms.

4. Plans, Trials, and Billing

• Monthly plans include a 14-day free trial when started through Stripe Checkout with a card on file.
• Yearly plans are billed immediately and do not include a free trial.
• After a monthly trial ends, Stripe charges the selected monthly plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• If a payment fails, access may be limited or blocked until the payment method is updated.

5. Cancellation and No Refunds

You can cancel from the Account tab inside the Vision Poker portal. If you cancel during the 14-day monthly trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after being billed, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We do not offer refunds. This includes monthly renewals, yearly plans, partial billing periods, unused time, and accidental renewals. Cancel before your next billing date if you do not want to continue.

6. Free Leak Audit

The free leak audit is a limited acquisition and evaluation feature. We may limit repeat free reports by email address, currently with a 30-day cooldown, and may prompt returning users to start a trial instead of generating unlimited free reports.

7. Hand Histories and Study Data

Vision Poker analyzes hand histories and study inputs to produce review queues, drill recommendations, bankroll summaries, and training feedback. The analysis is educational and may include estimates or heuristics. It is not financial advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of poker results.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, pause, or remove features as the product develops. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
