1. What We Collect
We collect account and product data needed to operate Vision Poker, including email address, license status, subscription and billing status, login codes, study progress, imported session metadata, bankroll inputs, and free leak audit requests.
2. Hand Histories and Uploaded Files
Vision Poker may first parse supported hand-history files in your browser to provide immediate feedback. When you import while signed in or submit a free leak audit, the file is also sent securely to the Vision Poker API so hands, actions, board cards, pots, positions, and summary statistics can be processed and associated with the relevant account or report.
Imported hand data is used to generate study feedback, review queues, study summaries, and drill recommendations. Bankroll totals are separate and are based only on the manual ledger entries you provide.
3. Payments
Payments and card details are handled by Stripe. Vision Poker does not store full card numbers. We store billing identifiers and subscription state so access can be granted, renewed, canceled, or blocked after failed payment.
4. Email
We use Resend to send transactional emails such as login codes, leak audit reports, account messages, and support replies. We may send product-related emails connected to your account or requested actions.
5. Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand page views and product usage at a high level. This helps us improve the website and onboarding flow.
6. How We Use Data
- Provide login and account access.
- Process subscriptions, trials, cancellations, and failed payments.
- Generate leak audits, study plans, and review queues.
- Improve hand import support and product quality.
- Respond to support requests.
- Prevent abuse of free reports and protect the service.
7. Service Providers
We rely on infrastructure and service providers including Render, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and analytics/error monitoring providers. These providers process data only as needed for hosting, payments, email, analytics, reliability, and support.
8. Data Requests
You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
